It’s never been more important to take care of ourselves. The health and wellbeing of our teams is an absolute priority and we are monitoring the government advice daily with regards to COVID-19.
This means that deliveries may take between 3 - 5 days to reach you and returns may take more time to process than usual, whilst we take extra measures to ensure the health and safety of our warehouse and logistical team, consistent with government recommendations.
Once your item has been dispatched, you can track your delivery with Royal Mail by adding your Tracking Number. Your tracking number can be found on your Shipping Confirmation Email.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation Email. Once your order has dispatched, we'll send you a Shipment Confirmation Email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order and how to track it.
If you are unable to accept a delivery for any reason, our courier company will attempt to delivery to a neighbour, leave in a safe place or alternatively you can follow the redelivery instructions that will be sent to you by the courier company.
